Privacy, Terms, and Cookies at Sudoku Challenges

Privacy Policy

We collect only the information needed to run Sudoku Challenges, improve the product, and keep your account secure. This can include your display name and email when you register, multiplayer chat and news comments you choose to post, gameplay and leaderboard activity, purchase or entitlement status, device identifiers, and crash, performance, or error reports. Daily Challenge activity may include the order and timing of moves so we can detect abuse, protect fair competition, and investigate suspicious leaderboard results. We do not sell your personal data.

Third-party analytics services may set their own cookies, while advertising services used by the mobile apps may process device or advertising identifiers. You can opt out of marketing emails at any time, and you can request, export, or delete your data by contacting us at hello@puresudokupuzzle.com.

Sudoku Challenges websites, including The Daily Newsfront, use Google Analytics to measure site usage. Sudoku Challenges also uses Google Ads conversion measurement to understand whether its own advertising leads people to the site. When you sign in, we may send Google Analytics a dedicated pseudonymous account identifier so activity can be measured across Sudoku Challenges devices and platforms. We can map that identifier back to your account when needed for analytics support, but we do not use your email address or display name as the analytics identifier. Google may collect information about visits through cookies, IP addresses, device or browser identifiers, and similar technologies used for analytics, attribution, security, and fraud prevention. Sudoku Challenges and The Daily Newsfront may infer a coarse city, region, country, or local news market from a request IP address to measure geographic traffic and show relevant local stories. The raw IP address is not stored for this purpose. A random first-party device or browser identifier may be associated with the inferred market so returning visitors receive a consistent edition, including when they are not signed in.

The Sudoku Challenges Android and iOS apps use platform billing, Google Mobile Ads, Firebase Analytics, and Firebase Cloud Messaging. These services may process app interactions, approximate location derived from an IP address, diagnostics, purchase events, and device or advertising identifiers to provide app features, measure usage, deliver notifications, prevent fraud, and show or measure advertising where permitted. Advertising privacy choices are available in the app when required.

Sudoku Challenges Account Deletion

You can permanently delete your Sudoku Challenges account in the Android or iOS app. Open Settings, find Account, choose Delete Account, and confirm. This deletes the account and associated personal data from Sudoku Challenges's active systems. Some limited records may be retained when required for security, fraud prevention, legal, or financial compliance.

If you cannot access the app, request deletion by emailing hello@puresudokupuzzle.com from the address associated with your account. Include “Sudoku Challenges account deletion request” in the subject. We may ask you to verify account ownership before completing the request.

Terms of Service

By using Sudoku Challenges, you agree to play fairly, respect other players, and refrain from abusing the platform. Accounts may be limited or suspended for cheating, harassment, or attempts to disrupt gameplay or services.

Sudoku Challenges is provided "as is" without warranties. We work to maintain uptime and data integrity, but occasional maintenance or outages may occur. If you have a concern or dispute, please reach out so we can resolve it quickly.

Cookie Policy

We use cookies and similar technologies to keep you signed in, remember preferences (like note mode), and power multiplayer features. Analytics cookies help us understand performance and usage patterns; marketing cookies are used only where applicable and can be limited through your browser settings.
